The head Company of the Group provides finance of engineering and upgrade as well as  conducts technological research in the sphere of continuous winding reinforced epoxy pipes manufacturing. The Company holds the patent umbrella on continuous winding reinforced epoxy fiberglass and basalt fiber pipes and fittings manufacturing technology. The patented equipment & technology were developed by Russian scientists and engineers backed by years of fundamental, laboratory and field research.

The technology is being constantly upgraded to comply with most rigorous requirements and highest technological standards. In view to meet the aforesaid objective KOMPIPE Limited conducts on-going market research to promote the product in Russia and Central Asia (NIS).

KOMPIPE is a manufacturing facility of the Group. The factory manufactures reinforced fiberglass and basalt fiber pipes, various fittings and joints on the basis of the continuous winding method technology developed by the Group. The specifications of the said technology and patented devices allow us to manufacture GRE pipes within Æ 20-700 mm diameter range. In fact it allows that physic, thermal and electrical properties of the pipe be altered and adopted to meet the technical parameter set by a particular customer. KOMPIPE factory holds relevant production permits and certificates required in compliance with law and safety standards to manufacture the GRE pipe and implement mounting and tubing construction tasks. The product is manufactured in compliance with the technical specification «Fiberglass pipes for general use TU 2296-002-45183156-97» and «Fiberglass reinforced chemically resistant pipes TU 2296-001-45183156-97». Both the products and the innovative technical solutions applied under the said manufacturing method are patented. Our engineers have designed the machines, auxiliary equipment and mandrels capable to manufacture a variety of joints and fittings for wide application purposes: glue muffs, thread joints, locks, flanges, junctions, T-joints and elbows etc.

 

Quality assurance tests are conducted in accordance with customer requests and according to customer’s technical requirements. Therefore strict quality assurance procedures apply to all the products manufactured by the company. Both pipes and joints are subject to thorough control on hydraulic and pneumatic testing grounds.
